2. Product Customization

Since our products are customized, customers are responsible for providing correct details such as name, spelling, size, color, design preference, and any other customization information.

Once an order is placed and sent for processing, changes may not be possible. Little Ones will not be responsible for mistakes made by the customer while entering customization details.

3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone call. We may contact you to confirm your order details before processing.

Little Ones reserves the right to cancel any order if the details provided are incomplete, incorrect, suspicious, or if the customer is not reachable for confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payments

All product prices are listed on our website. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

We accept available payment methods shown at checkout, including online payment and Cash on Delivery, wherever applicable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the customer agrees to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We try our best to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeline. However, delivery time may vary due to courier delays, location, weather, festivals, holidays, or other situations beyond our control.

Little Ones is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Replacements

As our products are personalized and made specially for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine fault from our side.

Replacement is available only if the product received is damaged, defective, wrongly printed by us, or the wrong product is delivered.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear product photos and an unboxing video. After verification, if the issue is approved, we will provide a replacement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or customized. Once the product is customized or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

Little Ones reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, payment issues, incorrect details, or any other valid reason.

8. Product Images & Color Difference

We try to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, or device display settings.

Such minor color differences will not be considered a defect.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide correct name, spelling, size, address, phone number, and other order details. Little Ones will not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, or incorrect customization caused by wrong information provided by the customer.

10. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt fraud, provide false information, copy our content, or use our website for any illegal or harmful activity.

We reserve the right to block, cancel, or refuse service to any customer involved in suspicious or abusive activity.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, designs, text, logos, and branding belong to Little Ones. No content from our website may be copied, reused, or reproduced without our permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

Little Ones will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or unexpected loss caused by the use of our website, products, delivery delays, courier issues, or customer-entered incorrect information.
