At Little Ones, we carefully prepare and ship every customized product with love. Since our products are personalized, each order takes a little time to create before dispatch.

Once your order is confirmed, we usually process and ship your product within 2–3 working days.

Please note that processing time may vary slightly during festivals, sales, holidays, or high order volume.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes around 5–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Delivery time may vary for remote areas, small towns, or locations where courier service takes longer than usual.

Shipping Updates

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking details through SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can use the tracking link to check the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Delays

We try our best to deliver your order on time. However, delays may happen due to courier issues, weather conditions, festivals, holidays, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other situations beyond our control.

Little Ones will not be responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will try our best to support you with tracking and delivery updates.

Correct Address & Contact Details

Customers are requested to provide the correct name, address, pincode, and mobile number while placing the order. Little Ones will not be responsible for failed delivery or delay due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to keep the order amount ready at the time of delivery. If the customer refuses the order at delivery, future COD orders may not be accepted.
