Return & Replacement Policy

At Little Ones, every product is specially customized and made with love for your child. Since our products are personalized with names/designs as per your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is placed and customized.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind after delivery

• Wrong name, spelling, size, or details entered by the customer

• Minor color difference due to screen/display settings

• Product not liked after receiving

• Size issues, if the selected size was ordered by the customer

Replacement is available only if:

We will provide a replacement only in case of a genuine fault from our side, such as:

• Damaged product received

• Wrong product sent

• Printing mistake from our side

• Manufacturing defect

To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video and product photos. The issue will be checked by our team, and if approved, we will arrange a replacement.

Because every Little Ones product is custom-made, we request customers to carefully check the name, spelling, size, and order details before placing the order.
